What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the items sold in our shop I don't offer returns or exchanges. So many items are handmade or vintage.

However, if your item is damaged please contact me as soon as possible. I insure the orders that cannot be replaced.

Do you ship worldwide?

I have been shipping internationally for about fifteen years now and for the most part I don't have any trouble at all with it. There are some items that are just too large (and expensive for the buyer to ship). I will put a disclaimer on the item description. If you have any questions about a specific item just message me and I can get you a shipping quote for a larger item.

When will my order ship?

For in stock items, most orders ship within 2-3 business days.

If an item is a pre-order or custom order each item will have a different timeline. Please contact me for specific shipping estimates.

Do you share my information?

I will not share your personal information with anyone aside from shipping companies which may require your email or phone number for your package.

Do you have a physical store front?

At this time, I do not but I do hope to some time in the future.

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely! If you're in the Nashville are and want to pick your dollhouse up instead of having it shipped, we'd be happy to meet you
